Both the ESP family (desktop type power supply) and the ESC family (desktop type battery charger) of MEAN WELL have received outstanding market responsiveness and high user satisfaction since they hit the market. In order to continuously offer products with better specifications complying with the latest international regulations for MEAN WELL customers, MEAN WELL develops the new generation ENP family (Level VI desktop type power supply) and ENC family (programmable desktop type battery charger), and is pleased to unveil the new 120W ENP-120 and ENC-120 series.

The specifications of these two series present remarkable enhancement compared to the ESP family and ESC family of the last generation in wide input range (from 88~132VAC / 176~264VAC to 90~264VAC), built-in active PFC function, longer warranty (from 2 years to 3years), standard 7” width and complete safety regulations (UL/CUL/CB/CE/FCC). Furthermore, the ENP family complies with EISA 2007/DoE Level VI, NRCan, EU ErP and CoC Version 5; the ENC family provides the programmable function that the users, with a personal computer, the smart battery charging programmer SBP-001 and its specific software, are able to adjust the charging mode and parameters on the basis of different battery characteristics.Therefore, the products of these two families are very suitable to be applied to radio system backup solution, land mobile radio system, surveillance system and electric scooter charger applications.
